Salute Spine & Strength is excited to offer Small Group Strength Sessions. These sessions are 60 minutes in duration and focus on increasing strength by utilizing compound movements. Common equipment used during these sessions include barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and medicine balls.

Sessions are for all fitness levels as modifications can be made based on experience and/or limitations due to previous injury.

Sessions are limited to 6 people.

Salute Spine & Strength is excited to offer Small Group Cardiovascular Sessions. These sessions are 30 minutes in duration and focus on burning calories and improving both cardiovascular endurance and muscular endurance.

Sessions are for all fitness levels as modifications can be made based on experience and/or limitations due to previous injury.

Sessions are limited to 10 people.
